Who's behind MichaelSoft
MichaelSoft is a software development studio founded by Michael. One technical team that designs, builds and maintains digital products for companies all over the world.
I work with companies in very different sectors — hospitality, tourism, healthcare, retail, industry, energy, education and services — that need software made to fit: web and mobile applications, CRM, SaaS platforms and internal systems with integrated artificial intelligence. Every project starts by understanding how the business really works, not by bending it to a template.
The work covers the whole product lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, full stack development, deployment, team training and ongoing maintenance. A single point of contact, technical decisions explained in plain language, and documented code that any developer can pick up later.
Artificial intelligence is added where it saves real hours: email triage, document generation, internal assistants or demand forecasting. Always with human review, data under the client's control and the option to switch it off without breaking the rest of the system.
MichaelSoft is a small company by choice. Projects are handled directly, without layers in between, and every client talks to the person writing the code. That closeness is what makes realistic deadlines, fixed budgets and software that keeps working years after delivery possible.
How we work
First a conversation to understand goals, users and timelines. Then a proposal with a closed scope and a fixed price. Development moves forward in phases with access to the progress, and ends with delivery, training, documentation and an optional maintenance plan.
